Quick check-in: what changed since last time, what matters today, what your week demands.
South Sound Massage • Lund
Medical massage restores balance in the body. When tension drops and movement improves, pain decreases, recovery speeds up, and everyday life feels easier to manage.
I don’t do “random massage.” I do targeted treatment with a goal. We figure out what’s limiting you — pain, stiffness, stress load, overuse — then we treat it and build something you can maintain.
That might mean deep tissue. It might mean myofascial release. It might mean slowing down and letting your nervous system stop bracing. Most of the time, it’s a smart mix.
“The body changes fastest when it feels safe enough to change.”
About me
Certified through Branschrådet Svensk Massage, I’ve worked as a massage therapist for over six years, supporting both private clients and companies across Skåne.
With a background in theatre and event production, industrial work, retail managemnet, restaurants, and many desk-jobs, I understand the physical strain modern work places on the body. Massage changed my own life — and today, my work focuses on helping others reduce pain, improve movement, and recover sustainably. Friskvårdsbidrag accepted.
I’m especially interested in how the nervous system and movement patterns shape pain. That’s why my sessions often mix hands-on treatment with mobility work — helping your body relearn what “normal” feels like.
Outside the treatment room, I value clarity, consistency, and respecting people’s time. In sessions, that means listening closely, working deliberately, and never doing more than your body can actually integrate.

Progress you can feel and track
My goal is simple: help you feel more at home in your body — whether that means moving better, hurting less, or finally relaxing.
Simple, structured, and tailored to your body — not a template.
Quick check-in: what changed since last time, what matters today, what your week demands.
Hands-on work to reduce pain and normalize tissue: Swedish classic, deep tissue, trigger points, fascia.
Range-of-motion work with PNF / PIR and stretching—so the change actually “holds.”
We track what improves and adjust. Less guessing. More progress.
Same therapist, different focus depending on your life and your body.
Performance, recovery, tissue quality. Great if you train hard or want to move better.
Desk, tools, standing, driving — the repetitive stuff that quietly breaks posture over time.
For stiffness and recovery patterns that need patience + structure (not aggression).
Tools are just tools — I use what works for your goal.
Nope. Book the time you want. We decide the style after a quick check-in.
Not at all. Sometimes deep work is perfect — other times it fights your nervous system. I choose the level that creates change without leaving you wrecked.
Wear what’s comfortable. For sports-focused sessions, flexible clothing can help if we do movement work. Otherwise, we’ll adapt.
Many clients feel a difference after session one. Long-term patterns usually respond best with a short series (weekly or every other week) then maintenance.
If you’re dealing with tension, pain, or restricted movement — I’ll help you find the pattern and change it.
